Product Description

The overload limiter is the overload limiter used for 5-500 tons of double girder. It can be used for ordinary double girder, and can also be used for grab, explosion-proof double beam and other lifting equipment.The overload limiter consists of sensors, operational amplifiers, control actuators and load indicators, and will display, control, and alarm functions in one. When lifting objects, the sensor produces deformation and converts the load weight into electrical signals, which is amplified by operation and indicates the value of the load. When the load reaches 90% of the rating, the warning signal is issued; When the load exceeds the rated load, the power source of the lifting mechanism is cut off.
Through to the crane hoisting structure take force (weight sensor) feedback to the acquisition of the instrument in the contrast, read, display the current weight after judgment and carries on the corresponding working instruction, more than the rated weight quickly cut off the crane hook lifting loop, the crane can't lifting heavy objects, so as to achieve the aim of crane operators and safety.
