The main purpose of the pre-roasting anode workshop crane is to load the raw carbon blocks of the chain conveyor into the roasting furnace with clamps. Fill in the furnace pit with discharge tube. Use the suction tube to suck out the filling material of the furnace, and then transfer the carbon block of the furnace to the chain conveyor by using the clamping device, and the carbon block to the designated place. The car is equipped with auxiliary suction pipe, which can clean the flue and eliminate dust.
The bridge frame with 10 t electric hoist, wake adopts single drive, anode clamp lift adopts frequency control of motor speed, the whole machine adopts PLC control, crane operations are performed in the control room, all in the control room is equipped with adjustable hot and cold air conditioning device.
